Q. How much does it cost?

A. You can order up to 3 bridesmaid dresses for $15 per dress.

Q.What dresses are in your At-Home try on program?

A. At this time, we only have our bridesmaid dresses in our try at home program. You may check the other dresses at our website.

Q. What does the cost of the at-home try on dresses go towards?

A. The cost of your dresses goes directly towards the cost of shipping them to you and back to us.

Q. Where can the at-home try on dresses be delivered?

A. Our at-home try on dresses are currently available to ship in the United States only.

Q. How long does it take for my at-home try on dresses to arrive?

A. The try-at-home dresses take about 1-3 days to process in our warehouse and 1-10 business days to ship. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can know exactly when to expect your package!

Q. When do I need to return my at-home try on dresses?

A. Your return package needs to be dropped back off at 3 days with the pre-paid shipping label after you get it in the mail.

Q. What happens if I forget to send back my dresses within 3 days?

A. Please try to return the dresses within the specified time. If you are unable to return your dresses in time, send us an email ASAP explaining why and we may be able to help. Otherwise, you will be charged twice the retail price, as well as additional shipping and handling fees. Refusal to comply with our terms and policies will result in being prohibited from ordering with us in the future.
